Tell us about your day
Complete our wedding enquiry form with your date, venue, colour palette, floral wishlist, budget and any inspiration you already have.
We build your floral plan
We’ll review everything you’ve shared and create a customised floral plan based on exactly what your wedding needs, with recommendations to suit your style and budget.
Approve & Secure your date
Once you’re happy with your floral plan and quote, simply pay your booking deposit to officially secure your wedding date in the LuvBug calendar.
We flower your day
We’ll source your blooms, create every arrangement with care and organise delivery, collection or setup depending on your package — leaving you to enjoy your day while we take care of the flowers.
The LUVBUG Bloom Bar
LuvBug Bloom Bar experiences start from $29 per guest + a $350 event fee, with three bouquet sizes to choose from. Our pricing is simple and upfront — your per-person price covers the flowers and everything your guests need to create their bouquet, while our event fee covers getting the LuvBug to you, setting up your bloom bar and making everything look beautiful. Simply choose your package, tell us your guest count and we’ll take care of the blooms.

YOUR $350 SERVICE FEE INCLUDES
Flower sourcing + preparation, local travel, arrival of the LuvBug at your venue, complete Flower Bar setup, flower buckets + display vessels, signage, tools, attended Flower Bar service and pack-down.

Our $350 LuvBug Service Fee includes travel to wedding venues across our local service area, including:
Noosa + Northern Coast
Noosa Heads, Noosaville, Tewantin, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach, Castaways Beach and Marcus Beach.
Peregian + Coolum
Peregian Beach, Peregian Springs, Coolum Beach, Mount Coolum, Yaroomba, Point Arkwright and Coolum surrounds.
Central Coast
Marcoola, Mudjimba, Pacific Paradise, Twin Waters, Bli Bli and Maroochydore.
Noosa + Coolum Hinterland
Doonan, Verrierdale, Eumundi, Weyba Downs, Tinbeerwah, Cooroy, Yandina Creek, Yandina and surrounding local areas.
EXTENDED SUNSHINE COAST TRAVEL
Getting married a little further away? We’d still love to bring the LuvBug along! The following areas sit outside our included service zone and attract a small additional travel fee:
$20 additional travel fee
Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba, Buderim, Mountain Creek, Sippy Downs, Palmwoods and surrounding areas.
$50 additional travel fee
Kawana, Bokarina, Warana, Birtinya, Currimundi, Dicky Beach, Moffat Beach, Caloundra, Montville, Mapleton and surrounding areas.
$75 additional travel fee
Maleny, Beerwah, Landsborough, Glass House Mountains and surrounding southern Sunshine Coast + hinterland areas.
TRAVEL — PRICE ON APPLICATION
We’re always happy to take the LuvBug a little further for your wedding.
Weddings in Gympie + surrounds, Rainbow Beach, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Bribie Island, Gold Coast and locations outside the Sunshine Coast are available by request, with travel quoted individually based on your venue location.
All travel costs are confirmed before you book and included clearly in your wedding quote — no surprise travel fees later.
